Life after baby is different
Birth is a MAJOR physiological event (so was pregnancy!) and you need on-going recovery.
Throughout the first six months of postpartum, your body is experiencing massive changes and your body is quite literally still healing.
Hormones are poppin’ and droppin’ like fireworks.
Sleep disruption changes your hunger and your energy (and everything?).
Daily physiological stress takes a real toll, even for the happiest of mamas.
If you’re breastfeeding, your body is continuing to put out a substantial amount of nutrients every day.
Nutrient depletion is REAL right now.
Postpartum isn’t a motivation problem.
And typical wellness advice just doesn’t apply to postpartum mothers.
Healing and feeling well from the inside out requires proper nourishment first.

I’m Clare and I’m a certified health coach, herbalist, and mom of 3. I’ve been in your shoes, mama (recently in fact— my boys are 1, 3, and 5!). I know the postpartum struggles deep in my bones. I also know the beauties of it.
I guide women through this messy and heartfelt phase using connection, real food, and lifestyle practices. I’m passionate about helping mamas claim their crown in the kitchen and feel confident about what they feed themselves and their families.
I believe the care a mother receives during postpartum is of significant importance. The quality of nourishment you consume now shapes your health, your presence each day, your new identity, and your experience and joy as a mother (and this shapes your little ones’ childhood too!).
It’s my honor to guide you during this time period to help you nourish yourself on a deeper level, reconnect to your body and intuition, and do so while honoring this special time period.
About this program
This is the first beta cohort. This means you’ll receive full coaching support with founding-member pricing. The price will increase for future rounds of the program!

Our weekly meetings should feel like a breath of fresh air. Something to look forward to (even if your life feels completely disorganized right now). Like sitting down in a coffeeshop with some girlfriends to talk REAL LIFE. Plus your health coach will be there (that’s me!) to lead us all in taking healthy steps so we can build back our energy and resilience.
Feeling off today? Don’t feel like talking much? We’ve all been there! Still come. You can keep your microphone and/or camera off if you prefer to participate by just listening in.
What this program is not:
One on one work with a registered dietitian or medical practitioner
Ordering of medical labs or nutritional testing (although I’m happy to consult on how to talk to your healthcare provider about this!)
FAQ
What if I miss a call?
No problem. You’ll have access to recordings if you can’t make it live.
Can I join while breastfeeding?
YES! I encourage you to tend to your baby in all of your regular ways during our calls. You’re welcome to breastfeed during our sessions, and you can always mute and turn off your camera if it makes you more comfortable.
My baby is unpredictable — what if they cry during calls?
This is 100% okay! Our style is “come as you are.” Show up in your sweat pants and messy bun, girl! Bounce your baby. Change their diaper. Play with them. Rock them to sleep. Make yourself a quick snack while you listen in. It’s all good here.
I’m exhausted — will this feel overwhelming?
This program should feel like a breath of fresh air. Let’s make food fun again! Learn practical tips. Feel seen and validated. My job is to make this season of your life easier, not give you more things you have to do.
Do I need to cook a lot?
No. In addition to teaching you about the best postnatal foods, I’ll be giving you my favorite low effort cooking strategies and cheat sheet meals for times when you “can’t even.”
Is this for breastfeeding moms only?
Nope. This is for all moms! I believe the decision to breastfeed is multi-factorial and I support your choice, whatever it is.
How much time will I have to spend on this each week?
Outside of our 1 hour Zoom call, it’s entirely up to you. I’m not giving you more work to do. I’m introducing you to healthy new habits and helping you replace old ways of eating with new ones.
Is this an exercise program?
No. I’ll be introducing you to postnatal specific exercise options (DR and prolapse friendly) and you can choose what and when to implement.
