How long is registration open?

How does the program work?

  • Upon registration you'll receive a welcome email reviewing everything you need to know. We'll have five core video sessions (~1 hour each), released every 2-4 weeks, according to our schedule. Video access and replays will be available 24/7 (through October 1, 2019) so you can complete and revisit the program when convenient for you. You'll receive one 45-minute private phone session with me (about halfway through the program) to ensure you're on track to reach your goals. In between our video sessions you will receive weekly emails furthering your education (and inspiration!) on various topics like food prep, workouts, sleep hacks, lifestyle challenges, etc. Join our private Facebook group to connect with others and stay motivated. We ALWAYS lead with solid information and real action steps so you continuously implement and move toward a healthy body and mind!

What's Vimeo? Is it free?

  • Vimeo is a video platform, similar to Youtube but without ads, that it totally free for participants. Upon registration you will receive instructions and a private password that allows you to view videos on our program's page. When new videos are posted, you will receive an email with a direct link that sends you straight to our viewing page. Type in your password and you can access the material 24/7. View on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It's that simple!

My wedding date is before April 8th, can I still take the program?

  • Yes! You will still get lots of benefit from this program! Our course is packed full with great info and action items to start implementing on day one (we start with the most important stuff first). Plus you will still receive all the emails and get access to our videos through October 1st, so you have plenty of time to finish going through the material at your own pace (remember, this is a longterm lifestyle for fit wifeys!).

What's the full cost of the program?

  • I am pleased to offer this complete program at $313. This is significantly less than my one-on-one coaching programs (averaging $1,000 for 12 weeks), and I feel ecstatic about this contribution toward raising up our generation of healthy, happy future wives.

Is this a group program?

  • Yes! You will be going through the program with other like-minded, brides-to-be! This gives us the opportunity to support each other through the wedding planning process and swap ideas and resources, as well as share in each other's excitement!

  • Additionally, you'll receive a private 45-minute session with yours truly to talk one-on-one about your wedding prep process and get super specific advice about anything you want.

How is this different from a fitness program at my gym?

  • This is not just a fitness program. I know that to look great, you HAVE to focus on healthy eating (and move your tush a bit too). In addition to enhancing your physical body (think sexy physique and glowing skin), we also address sleep, herbs and supplements, stress relief, and connecting to our best authentic selves so you can show up to your wedding day (and marriage) looking and feeling absolutely stunning.

What's the refund policy?

  • I offer 100% refunds. If you feel unsatisfied, for any reason whatsoever, you have until February 4th to notify me (by email at clare@wildflowermedicine.com). This gives you three full weeks to try out the program with no risk. Should you request a refund, I will honor it immediately and return your investment within ten business days of your withdrawal from the program.

Do I need anything to participate in this program?

  • Essentials: Internet access and a computer, tablet or smartphone.

  • Highly recommended: Notepad and pen for notes during sessions. Journal to track your progress.

  • Helpful: Yoga mat and blanket/pillow for stress relief practices.

I'm vegetarian/vegan/paleo/pescatarian/gluten-free/dairy-free etc. Is this program right for me?

  • Oh, kale yeah! All eaters are welcome. The program does not attribute any one diet as being "right" for everyone. In fact, I've identified with all of those labels at some point in my life! What is VITAL is that you are open to exploring what foods work best for YOUR unique body and lifestyle at THIS moment in your life. This is totally up to you!-- and I can help guide you and present great alternatives for however you choose to eat.
